Sh-Oligopeptide-1
Low RiskRecombinant human oligopeptide cosmetic ingredient used in topical growth-factor-style formulas, commonly associated with EGF-style skin-conditioning claims. Normal topical cosmetic use is not currently treated as a known pregnancy-restricted concern, and these larger signaling peptides are expected to have limited intact-skin penetration. Pregnancy- and breastfeeding-specific cosmetic data are limited, so MamaSkin scores this conservatively as low risk rather than no known risks. This assessment applies to topical cosmetic products only, not injectable growth-factor treatments, microneedling serums, wound use, or oral supplements.
